Cherry Hill, NJ: MRS BPO, LLC (MRS) announced today the promotion of Regina Weir to the position of Chief Personnel Officer. In this role, Ms. Weir will coordinate all aspects of employee recruitment, training, and personnel development. She will be responsible for all payroll and benefits management as well company policies and procedures. In addition, Ms. Weir will be part of MRS’s Executive Management Team and will be involved in all decisions relative to the strategic planning and future growth of the business.

Ms. Weir joined MRS as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in 2002. She has more than 16 years experience in human resource, payroll, and benefits management with several Fortune 1000 companies. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Communications/Political Science from Drexel University.
