Eltman, Eltman & Cooper, the country’s foremost judgment enforcement firm, announced Tuesday the newest member of its seasoned executive management team, appointing Kevin Frazier as Director of Sales and Business Development.

Kevin Frazier

Frazier’s expertise spans an eleven year career in business development for the financial services and accounts receivable industry.  During this time he has developed a broad-based knowledge of debt purchasing and portfolio sales, as well as a specific knowledge of judgment enforcement for first and third-party credit issuers in niches consisting of national and regional auto lending, utilities, student loans, retail, healthcare and commercial lending.

Aligning his personal goals with Eltman’s continued growth and expansion, Frazier is looking forward to opening up new revenue streams for the firm by bringing in new business within Eltman’s typical client pool, and also by diversifying and expanding the firm’s platform of clients – a feat that Frazier has successfully accomplished in business development positions prior to Eltman.

Frazier’s experience and ambitions bode quite well for Eltman. The firm is eager to expand its reach into industries that have yet to capitalize on the value in their judgment inventory.

“I’m excited to be joining Eltman and the opportunity it presents with their expertise and history of best-in-class judgment enforcement and recoveries aligning with the current need out in the marketplace” said Frazier. “There is a better way to manage and liquidate dormant judgments than is currently being utilized by most credit grantors and issuers and Eltman’s results are maximizing the hidden value in this segment of inventory.”
