Municipal Services Bureau (MSB) is pleased to announce they have entered a collections outsourcing agreement with Shasta County in California. Shasta County has selected MSB to collect on their delinquent court fines and fees for both traffic and criminal accounts.

“With our state contract through the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), our California clients continue to show excellent recovery rates,” said Patrick J. Swanick, CEO of MSB.

“MSB continues to exhibit a thorough understanding of the California judicial system specific to our court collections. Their execution is evident by their history of liquidating hard to collect cases,” said Ray Tickner, Chief Financial Officer for the County.
