Northland Group Now SAS-70 Type II Certified

Northland Group, the leader in late-stage third party collections, today announced that it is certified with SAS-70 Type II Controls as determined in a recent audit performed by Larson Allen LLP.  Lance Black, President, initiated the establishment of this well known internal control audit to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Edina, Minnesota agency and noted that SAS-70 compliance has become a common requirement in each RFP and RFI he addresses.  Mr. Black states that “the various elements in each of these protocols, when followed and adhered to as a matter of course, will make us a better and more professional collection agency.”
