Accounts Recovery Bureau Inc., a Pennsylvanian collection agency, has plans to move and expand its operations in the New Year.

Accounts Recovery Bureau is owned by Kadent, a company with an Accounts Recovery arm.  Kadent has been in the business of recovering bad debts for more than 25 years, and was originally founded in 1973 by Donald J. Landau as The Landau Group.

“We are looking forward to operating our collections and call-center business in Reading,” said Bruce Colburn, Kadent’s president and CEO. “The facility is secure and convenient for performing this crucial aspect of our business. In addition, our excess capacity in the building will allow for an additional 70 local employees to be hired to meet ARB’s near-term strategic acquisition and growth plans.”
