NCO Group to Move 450 Workers from Baltimore to the Suburbs

Debt collection giant NCO Group will move its Baltimore collection call center to a southern suburb this spring, taking the 450 people currently employed there, the Baltimore Business Journal reported Friday.

NCO has leased 50,000 square feet in Jessup, M.D., an enclave located approximately midway between Baltimore and Washington, D.C. The new location may help NCO leverage two major cities and their suburban populations for talent.
