Hunter Warfield, Inc., (HWI) a firm specializing in collections and asset investigations, announced today that it has been awarded contracts to collect delinquent funds for four major multi- housing property management firms.

Similarly, Lane Management Corporation, an Atlanta-based firm with over 30,000 units throughout the southeastern United States has joined HWI’s growing customer base. As an organization that has developed more than $1 billion of real estate, Lane Management Corporation is now the first company to provide collection accounts through its property management software directly to HWI.


BPG Properties has contracted with the Company as well because its innovative debt management offers clients with diverse products a cost- effective channel to truly understand the markets it serves and a method to effectively deal with difficult situations.
