Comtronic Systems LLC, makers of the Debtmaster® collection software suite, announced today the rollout of an integrated call collection system designed and offered exclusively for the collection industry. CallThru™ is designed to replace PBX, Predictive Dialer, IVR and Call Recording system, all while integrating with built-in collection software.


Comtronic sees the new system as a productivity enhancer.


Jeff Dantzler, President of Comtronic, said in a release, ?The typical 40 collector agency without a predictive dialer will make around 4,000 total calls in a day, while the typical 40 collector agency using an 8 seat predictive dialer will make around 7,040 total calls in a day. Compare those results to the same size agency using CallThru, which will delivery around 12,600 total calls and result in substantially more collections.?
