A UK collection agency, Philips Collection Services, based in Darlington in Northeast England announced last week that it has relocated to new premises on the outskirts of the town.

Formerly based in the town center, the company’s new 12,000 square-foot offices are located at a purpose-designed business park. As well as almost doubling the size of its premises, the move has enabled the company to bring all of its departments together, with administration, IT, call center and marketing functions now operating from a single site.

The new building also offers more convenient access for clients and better parking facilities, including allocated parking for Philips staff.

Commenting on the relocation, Nick Bradley, Philips’ Managing Director, said, “The move demonstrates our absolute commitment to quality, efficiency and service, and to investing to ensure these values are maintained. Our teams can now work even more effectively, and we have scope to expand into neighboring offices as our business grows.”

Philips Collection Services Ltd is one of the largest privately owned revenue recovery and enforcement companies in the UK.  The firm employs around 200 people.
