The California Association of Collectors is holding its 92nd Annual Convention and Expo at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, California, September 20-23, 2009.

CAC’s Keynote Speaker is Jeff Nabers, a nationally recognized economist. Nabers will be presenting “Financial Frustration? A look at our economy, where we are headed, and the lessons we can learn from the past.” Other educational programs include Leading Your Teams in Challenging Economic Times, A Journey Through Product Lines (in debt-buying), and Current issues in Employment law.  A panel discussion between consumer and agency counsel promises to be an event highlight. The panel will review the hot button issues for consumer plaintiff’s attorneys and the responses from agency defense attorneys.
