San Diego…Absolute Resolutions Corp. has announced the promotion of Greg Dalton to Vice President of Recovery.  In his new position, Mr. Dalton will be responsible for all of the ARC collection divisions including in-house recovery and contingency collections.  He will supervise ARC branch offices and have responsibility for staff training, review and development.  In addition, Mr. Dalton will participate in the development of recovery policies and procedures for handling high volumes of collections.

“Greg Dalton has proven to be a conscientious professional during his tenure at Absolute Resolutions Corp.,” said Mike Bendickson, President and CEO.  “When this position became available, Greg was the obvious replacement.”

Prior to his employment with ARC, Mr. Dalton was Manager at Alternative Recovery Management in La Mesa, California.

Mr. Dalton started his career in collections in St. Louis in 1988 as Collection Manager with Rent One.  He held several positions of increasing responsibility involving recovery and day to day operations at various agencies located in Missouri, Arizona and California until his employment in 2003 with ARC.  He attended the University of Missouri at St. Louis working on a degree in Political Science.   He is currently Vice President of the California Association of Collectors (CAC) Region 4.
