Following recent expansion in other European countries, arvato infoscore, Germany’s biggest debt collections and credit information company, now also has opened an office in the Netherlands.

arvato infoscore, the credit management specialist within the arvato-group, recently introduced its services in the Netherlands using the name arvato services Credit Management Solutions (CMS). Under management of Robin Vieveen the Dutch market can benefit of the innovative and result-driven way of working of arvato services CMS.

arvato services CMS offers its clients a very broad range of services: billing, pre-collections, amicable collections, house-visits, legal collections, debt surveillance, international collections, buying of debt-portfolio’s and call center – and email services.

Robin Vieveen will be responsible for the market introduction, development and overall management. “The Dutch market is waiting for a credit management provider that leads the way in quality, innovation and transparency”, says Vieveen. “We enrich the Dutch credit management market with a company that has proven its efficiency and strength in the rest of Europe”.

Robin Vieveen has a deep level of credit management experience. Before joining arvato, he was responsible for account management in Benelux and Scandinavia for the US-based risk-management provider Fair Isaac. Prior to that Vieveen worked for over 14 years for another big credit management provider, of which 3,5 years as a Managing Director of their Belgium office.
