St. Paul, Minn. – I.C. System, one of America’s largest privately owned accounts receivable management firms, has relocated its La Crosse, Wisconsin, office to nearby Onalaska.  I.C. System’s new 22,000 square-foot site is in the Center 90 building on Sand Lake Road.  The company initially opened its 13,000 square-foot office in the LaCrosse Footwear building in July 2007 after conducting a national search for a site.

“From the outset, our plans included relocating within a couple years to a larger site in the area,” said Barbara Erickson, I.C. System’s Chairman of the Board.  “We’ve been very happy with our decision to open an office in the 7 Rivers Region.  We look forward to eventually doubling our current employee count of 100.”

The 71-year old company’s client base numbers 30,000 and its services are endorsed by more than 500 professional associations nationwide.  I.C. System gains clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, on a daily basis.

“Our Wisconsin office has performed very well in its first two years,” said Mike Dunn, Sr. Vice President of Operations, who works at I.C. System’s St. Paul headquarters.  “Their successes pave the way for more projects, for larger projects, and for more diverse projects to be worked there.”

David Spencer, I.C. System’s Vice President of Operations and Onalaska Site Manager, said the company’s growth plans mean many more management opportunities for existing and future employees.  “We have been very successful hiring quality individuals from the greater La Crosse area and look forward to expanding our presence in the community.”

The company is currently filling management-track, collector positions which support some of the nation’s largest credit grantors.  Job responsibilities include making telephone contacts to resolve past-due accounts by making payment arrangements.  Collectors communicate with debtors located throughout the country.
