Salt Lake City, UT — Owners of IAT, a leading provider of communications solutions for the debt collection industry and related markets, announced today that they have repositioned key management personnel in order to coordinate their efforts more effectively in the changing economic climate. Randall Cooper, Co-owner, Chairman of the Board, and Senior Vice President/Research & Development, has assumed the position of President & CEO. Co-owner and President & CEO, David Rudd, has assumed the position of Senior Vice President/Finance & Administration. Other changes include Product Manager, Jeryl Smith, appointed Director of Operations, and National Sales Manager, Ray Fowler, appointed Director of Sales & Marketing. The changes are effective immediately.

As co-owners of the company, Cooper and Rudd determined jointly that the changes will be a wise strategic move. “We want to be better prepared for a different approach to a bigger collections market and for the economic changes that we see on the horizon,” Cooper said. “Growing and continuing to make enhancements to the Hosted Services segment of our business, while continuing to offer dynamic Site-Premised Dialer solutions, requires a different alignment of the collective talents of our management team.”

“Since our beginning in 1986, our vendor partners and our loyal customer base have known that we always have their best interests at the forefront of our business decisions,” said Rudd. “I welcome the opportunity to put more focus on the financial aspects of our strategic alignment. Using my background and experience to head those IAT team efforts will help to ensure the continued success of our business and our ability to contribute to the success of our customers.”
