The National List of Attorneys announces $3.5 million bond

Effective July 15, 2006, claims forwarded and bonded through The National List of Attorneys will be protected for up to $3,500,000. No other law list directory offers more protection to forwarders of collection cases.

The National List of Attorneys began in 1900 as a law list to serve the credit and collections industry and today has over 2,000 listings. The worldwide membership consists of experienced, bonded attorneys and law firms who welcome claims in the areas of bankruptcy, collections, subrogation, insurance defense, transportation and commercial law, as well as all facets of Creditors’ Rights law. The National List? of Attorneys facilitates legal referrals to thousands of companies, accounting for hundreds of millions of dollars in debt collections.

The directory can be accessed both on-line (www.nationallist.com) and as an annual publication with quarterly supplements. The web site is updated daily, and hard copies of the directory are distributed on a complimentary basis to attorneys and companies involved in various areas of commercial and collection law.
