Even though employees overseas are willing to work for much less than the average laborer, that doesn?t mean that call centers are willing to sacrifice pleasurable customer service. Though many fear job losses due to the outsourcing of labor to other countries, industry leaders in the UK claim that there are still enough jobs to go around.
