With a new President and Congress, a struggling economy and increasing medical costs, professionals from across the country will gather once again to discuss the latest healthcare receivables management trends and developments in technology.

Hundreds of chief executives, managers, operations and compliance officers will be in attendance at the 23rd annual March for Success Conference & Expo, March 15-17, 2009, at the Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa & Casino, Las Vegas. For the second consecutive year, ACA International, The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, will add a technology track pertaining to everyone in the credit and collections industry – not just healthcare professionals.

Considering healthcare is the largest market for debt collection and that the industry as a whole is facing major changes in technology, both tracks represent essential information for all collection professionals. Along with the staff noted above, sales officers are encouraged to attend the healthcare sessions, while information technology staff will want to join those above for the technology programming.

An enhanced exposition hall, increased opportunities for networking and special events including an optional golf tournament make March for Success a comprehensive tool for business and professional development.

ACA Executive Vice President and General Counsel Rozanne Andersen will deliver the event’s keynote address, “New President, New Congress: What Does it Mean for the Collection Industry?” Andersen will highlight how the changes in Washington, D.C. could spell FDCPA reform, universal healthcare, TCPA clarification and more.

Highlights of the healthcare agenda include:

• Challenges for Providers, Opportunities for Patients
• Update on the HC Revenue Cycle
• Threats and Opportunities of Patient Account Financing
• Client-Driven Technology: What Agencies Need to Compete Effectively
• Provider Panel Town Hall Meeting

Sessions on the Information Technology track include:

• The March Toward a Successful Information Security Program
• Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act – Ensuring Compliance with Security Guidelines
• Holistic Information Security – A Business Enabler
• Alternative Communication Methods
• Technology Innovations for Collection Agencies
