1000 members and 50,000 visits after just 21 days — this is the favourable balance for the new online platform from IDS Scheer. ARIS Community aims at anyone wanting to know more about Business Process Management (BPM) and looking to share their experiences.

The new ARIS Community supports BPM experts and project team members in developing and managing process knowledge. This community is open to everyone, not just ARIS users, for members to learn from and network with fellow BPM experts from suppliers, organizations and thought leaders. BPM work groups can meet remotely using Web 2.0 technology and share and develop process knowledge. After only a month, users can already access more than 200 articles and around 250 comments relating to BPM.

The ARIS Community also offers an extensive range of BPM courses and training material, helping even those new to the BPM environment to get started quickly.

Until the end of September, an analyst case study on the BPM/SOA project for Intrum Justitia can be downloaded from ARIS Community.

"We were very optimistic when we launched ARIS Community, because we knew that BPM experts and users urgently needed a knowledge platform of their own. However, even we have been surprised, and of course delighted, that the news about the community has spread so fast and that it has been so readily accepted in such a short space of time!" explains Wolfram Jost, Member of the Executive Board of IDS Scheer.
