Peregrin Services™ today announced the release of Falcon™, a free web-based application enabling agencies to manage Debt Management portfolios by simplifying, communicating, organizing, and centralizing key information, and standardizing agency interfaces with creditors.

Peregrin’s Falcon™ application gives all agencies the same tools with which to view their portfolio performance using a front-page visual dashboard.  Commonly used research and communication tools are also right in front on the dashboard, easy to access and organized for quick reference.

Falcon™ provides an easy-to-use portal for viewing creditor policies, requirements, transmission specifications, and broadcasts, enabling fast, accurate acquisition of key information to better meet client needs.  “We have listened carefully to our creditor and agency customers to be sure we meet and exceed their needs”, says Mike Morency, President of Peregrin Services™. “Because of that, creditors can now significantly reduce the number of agency phone calls they receive while giving agencies easy, fast, and free access to policies, requirements, reporting, and research.
