Collection Bureau Services, Inc. (CBS) and Montana State University (MSU) announced the signing of a one year contract for collection of accounts receivables due to MSU. The contract may be renewed for a total of seven years.

MSU issued a request for proposal (RFP) in April of 2008.  Fourteen agencies from across the country responded.  CBS was the only Montana agency that applied.  CBS had the highest score of all agencies who applied for the Accounts Receivable category, and was awarded the University contract after a rigorous review.

Jeffrey J. Koch, Vice-president of CBS, stated, “We are extremely excited to work with Montana State University.  We understand the need to apply a consistent, assertive collection effort on behalf of the University.  We look forward to the opportunity to assist MSU in collecting on their delinquent accounts!”
