Minneapolis – ACA will host its annual Spring Forum & Expo at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz., March 23-25, 2011, where more than 300 credit and collection professionals will learn how to optimize their operations.

This year’s education will focus on the operational aspects of your business that matter most such as how to increase your client base; how to use dashboards to drive your goals; legislative and regulatory concerns and more. The sessions will also feature health care collection topics such as outsourcing opportunities, health care reform and data security for health care collections.

“I have personally been attending the ACA Spring meetings for over 25 years. I have found this meeting to be one of the most informational conferences available to me,” said Tom Gavinski, vice president of Healthcare Revenue Cycle, IC System, Inc.

The combination of sessions and seminars offered this year make it possible to mix and match topics such as:

  • How Much IT Do I Need?
  • Using Dashboards to Drive Organizational Goals
  • Health Care Collection Management Seminar
  • Collection Floor Management Seminar
  • Credit & Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) Seminar
  • FDCPA: Hot Topics
  • And more!

“The first ACA meeting I ever attended was the spring conference in 1999. I was amazed at the amount of information that I took back to the office, both from the sessions as well as the other attendees,” said Christian Lehr, chief operating officer, Healthcare Collections, LLC, Phoenix. “I look forward to attending Spring Forum this year as I always come away with quality information and new ideas.”

Attendees can work toward a number of Campus ACA designations at the meeting, including the Credit & Collection Compliance Officer Designation which can be completed entirely on site.

During the event, attendees will get the chance to network with more than 40 of ACA’s affiliate vendor members, who offer products and services catered to the industry.

Support financial literacy education by attending the AskDoctorDebt.com Golf Tournament on Wednesday, March 23, at the Camelback Golf Club. Purchasing this optional, special event will cover green fees, cart fees and meals.
