Automated Collection Services, Inc. (ACSI), a national accounts receivable management company located in Nashville, Tennessee, has announced its planned relocation to a new corporate headquarters.

ACSI has leased a 25,500-square foot call center located in Nashville to serve as its new headquarters and the local hub for planned corporate growth. This call center facility, formerly operated by the Gaylord Hotels, became available due to a recent change in management to Marriott. Located adjacent to the Opryland Hotel, this newly-renovated facility is a single-level, stand-alone building with an onsite backup generator. As a fully-furnished, turnkey office with an excellent location and ample parking, ACSI will be able to move into its new location in the first quarter of 2013.

“The location and quality of the amenities will make the location not only an excellent work place, but also will provide a welcome environment for recruiting new employees,” said Don Taylor, President ACSI.

As a large company with nearly 25 years of successful growth and experience, ACSI serves a national client base across multiple markets. ACSI plans to continue its expansion plans by locating additional call center facilities strategically to provide additional time zone coverage, bilingual support, and future growth for our clients.

Established in 1988, ACSI has been a leading provider of collection services to the higher education, healthcare, retail, and multifamily markets. ACSI’s national headquarters is in Nashville, Tennessee. Licensed nationally, ACSI is Professional Practices Management System (PPMS)-certified through ACA International (ACA).
