After acquiring Daksh eServices back in 2004, IBM has reason to celebrate: the business process outsourcing services subsidiary has grown from 6,000 employees to about 20,000, according to a story running on NetworkWorld.com.



IBM Daksh Business Process Services expanded the original company?s scope of service to include business transformation services that helped customers make their processes more efficient. The operation is now up to 40 customers.



IBM has seen a lot of growth and expansion in its Indian operations, with around 43,000 staff, up from 9,000 at the beginning of 2004.
