Timothy Boham, the man charged with the killing of collection agency owner John Kelso, has been ordered to stand trial on charges of first-degree murder and aggravated robbery after a hearing Tuesday in Denver District Court.

Kelso was found dead in the bathtub of his Colorado home on November 13, two days after being killed.

Boham, who had worked briefly for Kelso, was arrested near the U.S.-Mexico border, Detective Aaron Lopez has said in a statement.  The killing appears to be the result of a botched robbery attempt by Boham.
