New York, NY — Eltman, Eltman & Cooper, the nation’s leading judgment enforcement law firm, is pleased to announce a significant addition to their executive management team, appointing Gary Beet as Director. Beet brings 20 years of accounts receivable management experience to the firm, as an entrepreneur owning several successful collection related companies and as a leader in some of the premier companies in the ARM industry such as CSC, GE and most recently Arrow Financial Services (a Sallie Mae Company). Over the years, he has developed a broad-based knowledge of debt purchasing as well as first- and third-party contingent collections in a variety of industry verticals including Government, Utilities, Telecom, Student Loans, Commercial, Healthcare and Financial Institutions. Gary has assisted with the development of new opportunities and business units throughout the United States, South and Central America, Europe and Asia.

Beet’s broad experience includes a successful initiative at Arrow to develop a strategy for the collection and enforcement of non-performing judgments, so he will need little time to adjust to Eltman’s mission – to further expand its position as the most effective collector of non-paying judgments in the country. Beet commented, “Joining Eltman presents an exciting opportunity to help build something that I am truly passionate about. Every issuer, debt buyer and creditor alike is virtually sitting on a ‘gold-mine’ of non-performing judgments. This is truly a unique service that generates ‘found money’ for creditors at a time when it is most desperately needed.”

“Our entire management team is thrilled to have Gary join us,” said Eltman senior attorney Brian Boyle. “We have spent years perfecting a segment previously untapped by most creditors and Gary’s blend of integrity, fluency and passion are well-suited to broadcast our message at the highest levels of the industry. We are confident that Gary will help propel our already explosive growth in this area as more clients realize there is a better way to collect unpaid judgments.”
