ROHNERT PARK, Calif. – Optio Solutions, LLC., an accounts receivable management company, today announced that Linda Michieli has joined the company as Manager of the Dallas area office. Michieli will recruit, coach and support the company’s Dallas area sales team.  In addition, Michieli will work with clients to assist them with reducing their internal follow up costs, increasing their recovery and raising client satisfaction ratings through early collection practices. She reports to Terry Buske, Vice President of National Sales.

Michieli has more than 11 years of consulting experience in the collection industry and has held management positions for Transworld Systems, Inc. (TSI), a subsidiary of NCO Group, Inc.
