Early Out Services Inc., the sister company of ACA International member General Service Bureau Inc., in Omaha, Neb., has been distinguished with the Better Business Bureau’s 2010 Integrity Award at a ceremony held on Sept. 16, 2010. The Integrity Award is bestowed annually to businesses that demonstrate exemplary ethical business practices with key stakeholders, including customers, employees and the community at large.

EOS earned this award after an independent panel of business and academic leaders in the community determined that EOS had incorporated ethical practices as part of its mission and formally integrated them into all facets of the business. Just three years ago, General Service Bureau Inc. won this same distinction.

“This formal ethics program and its adherence to our mission and core values were likely a factor in the company winning this award,” said Bob Leavitt, chairman of the board of EOS. Along with “a dedication to honesty, continual improvement, and dignified and respectful treatment of clients,” he singled out EOS’s “overarching dedication to ethical behavior at all levels of the company as what makes Early Out Services Inc. a very worthy recipient of this Integrity Award.”

Jim Hegarty, president and chief executive officer of the Better Business Bureau of Nebraska, South Dakota and southwest Iowa, said, “The BBB Integrity Award Winners have shown that ethics and integrity are core values of their organization. The 2010 BBB Integrity Award Winners join an elite group of organizations that realize dealing fairly and honestly with employees, customers and partners are central to profitability and growth.”
