Starting up a new collection agency can be a daunting task. With everything that needs to be in place before sending that first letter or making that first phone call, setting up your collection agency software needs to be easy and intuitive.

The InterProse Corporation, which introduced WebAR® for Collections in 2009, found that many of its startup customers struggled with time and the learning curve of setting up an infinitely configurable system. This gave rise to the idea of creating a product that enables users to load their accounts and get started.

Casey Uhrig, Chief Operating Officer of InterProse, tasked a design team to create a predefined package of core functionality needed to get a new agency up and going quickly.

Uhrig said, “We received a lot of feedback from our newer clients and it became apparent that we needed to deliver a system that essentially was ready to start the collection process once training was completed. Our guys did a fantastic job in creating Go Collect! It has been wildly successful and we feel we can take what we have learned here and apply it across our entire product line.”

Since Go Collect! is built on the highly scalable WebAR platform, the customer can simply purchase incremental service upgrades for users, storage, customization or just upgrade to an expanded package.

The InterProse Corporation, located in Vancouver, Washington, is an accounts receivable solutions provider offering web-hosted software solutions for debt collection, healthcare, retail, government, utilities and their third party partners.
