Fitzwater was chosen by the SWPP Board of Advisors from a group of five finalists that were selected from nominations received on the SWPP website. The award, announced at the 2009 SWPP Annual Conference in Nashville was presented to Fitzwater for his outstanding leadership in the workforce management industry.

Fitzwater helped Vangent use the workforce management capabilities of PerformanceEdge® to enable Vangent agents to manage their own schedules for improved job satisfaction and productivity.
