drs/BONDED COLLECTION SYSTEMS, one of the Cincinnati’s most established collection agencies, is well positioned to continue expanding regionally and nationally as the firm prepares to celebrate its 50th Anniversary this October.

Since 1956, drs/BONDED COLLECTION SYSTEMS has been a cutting-edge, full-service, third-party collection agency. Its technology innovations include an automated dialing system that is fully integrated into the operations of the office; industry-leading software that coordinates the entire collections process; and electronic payment capability.

Last year the firm relocated from Silverton to Sycamore Township into expanded office space, allowing for the doubling of staff size and production. Its most recent staff moves reinforce the reputation of drs/BONDED COLLECTION SYSTEMS for attracting and advancing top talent:

Bill Boggess has joined as Vice President of Customer Services. He will direct the customer support department, and lead sales and marketing efforts. Bill has 37 years of management experience in the collection industry. He holds a seat as National Director for the American Collectors Association International, and has earned its highest recognition: the Paul Bunyan Service Award.

Matthew Alkire has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. He will direct the collections department, IT systems staff, training department and compliance. In 1995, Matt began his career at drs/BONDED COLLECTION SYSTEMS in the entry-level position of collector.

Lori Gettler has been promoted to Systems Administrator. She oversees the company’s leading-edge approach to tracking and documenting collections progress. A 1995 graduate of The Ohio State University, Lori began her career at drs/BONDED COLLECTION SYSTEMS in 1998. Like Matt Alkire, her exceptional skills have resulted in steadily increasing responsibilities at the firm.
