I.C. System is pleased to announce that Chris Clausen has joined the company as Vice President of Financial Services.  Mr. Clausen is responsible for the overall strategies, new business development, and operations of the Financial Services Division.

“Chris has a wealth of knowledge and experience to directly benefit I.C. System’s many financial services clients, which include the majority of the nation’s top 10 credit card issuers,” said Ken Rapp, I.C. System’s President and CEO.  “His primary responsibility is to find new, innovative ways to help our clients better manage their receivables.”

Mr. Clausen possesses more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry.  Most recently, he was a Senior Manager at Fair Isaac Corporation with full responsibility for a new credit-risk scoring product.  Additionally, Mr. Clausen served as one of the company’s knowledge experts concerning the credit card industry.  He worked with the majority of the top 10 credit card lenders on strategies and solutions for organically growing their card portfolios while maintaining acceptable levels of risk.  Mr. Clausen also worked with top lenders in the auto, mortgage, and student loan industries on similar solutions.

Prior to Fair Isaac, Mr. Clausen was employed by LexisNexis, where he was responsible for overseeing new product development and managing the call center servicing Fortune 500 financial services clients.  He has also worked in banking operations for a few others lenders including Norwest Bank (now Wells Fargo).
