JPMorgan Chase Bank received antitrust clearance from the Federal Trade Commission to buy Collegiate Funding Services Inc. for about $663 million.
The agency said Thursday it granted early termination Wednesday of the waiting period required under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act.
