RPM, LLC, has expanded its executive team by adding three industry veterans:  Chris Chin, Vice President of Finance; Aimee Walker-Quantz, Vice President of Client Services; and Keith Hendricks, Director of Business Development.

Chris will lead and manage the company’s financial strategies, reporting, budgeting, financial operation, bank relationships and compliance.  Chris has more than 26 years of accounting and financial experience ranging from nano-technology commercialization to multi-million dollar merger and acquisition deals.  As Vice President of Finance, Chris will lead and manage the company’s financial strategies, reporting, budgeting, financial operation, bank relationships and compliance.  He received his BA, Accounting and Management Information Systems, from the University of South Florida.  Chris Chin will report directly to RPM’s Chief Executive Officer, Howard L. Aimee will be heading up the Corporate Services area of RPM, which includes Client Services, Quality Assurance & Compliance, and Operations Support.  Aimee comes to RPM with over 8 years of experience in Bankruptcy, Debt Buying and Servicing, as an Accounting Director and Operations Manager.  Aimee has an additional 10 years of accounting experience in Public Accounting and Accounting Software sales.  Aimee applies a vast array of knowledge from a technical, software and accounting background, as well as employee and process management to her new role. Keith brings over 17 years of high level sales experience to the RPM organization.  A second generation collection professional, Keith possesses very strong prospecting and relationship building skills.  Prior to joining RPM, Keith was responsible for Business Development within the receivables and receivables software industry.  Before entering this industry, Keith had a long, successful career in the wireless and data services industry.  Keith also holds a bachelors degree from the University of South Florida.  Keith Hendricks will report directly to Melinda Siler, VP of Business Development.  Keith can be reached at (425) 412-2613 or by email at khendricks@receivablesperformance.com.

In addition to the new RPM executives, Melinda Siler, VP of Business Development, celebrated her one year anniversary with RPM. Melinda has been in the industry for over 20 years and is leading the Business Development team, as well as various growth initiatives in the Banking, Finance and Automotive industries.
