Central Credit Services, Inc. (CCS), an accounts receivable management solutions provider headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, has announced that J. “Gress” Hickman has been named Business Intelligence Officer effective December 1, 2008.

Prior to accepting the new position, Mr. Hickman most recently served in a management capacity with Resurgent Capital Services, a leading purchaser of distressed assets and a division of Sherman Financial. There he was involved in agency management, auditing, and compliance.  In this role, he also oversaw the ongoing auditing of more than 140 collection agency servicers.

In his new role, Mr. Hickman will use his unique understanding of client requirements, vendor relationship management, and competitive factors within the industry to ensure the continued growth of CCS while exceeding clients’ expectations.

CCS added Mr. Hickman at the close of one of its most successful years in the company’s history.  2008 saw not only the addition of industry veterans like Gress to the CCS management team, but also the expansion of the company into new labor and client markets, the acquisition of N1ST Receivables Management, and other milestones.

Commenting on this announcement, President and Chief Executive Officer James J.
