GSI Securitization Inc. today announced the acquisition of ARGYLE Solutions, a technology-driven healthcare revenue cycle management company.  In addition to its strong management team, ARGYLE brings to GSI three servicing centers strategically located nationwide, a seasoned healthcare-focused contingency collection business and an experienced self-pay purchase portfolio business.

“The combination of the two companies creates the most experienced and innovative financial business solutions company in the healthcare industry,” commented Gunther Slaton, Chairman of GSI Securitization.  “We now serve over 120 healthcare client facilities nationwide with 170 employees, managing more than $3 billion face value performing and non-performing healthcare receivables with a highly talented and experienced management team.”

ARGYLE’s CEO, Jerry Morrison commented, “We are pleased to have this opportunity to join GSI’s ‘One Firm’ vision to provide real solutions to the real challenges facing the healthcare industry.  This combination allows us to offer a full suite of innovative finance solutions to accelerate cash flow for secured insured and uninsured accounts, contingency services for all financial classes and strategic advisory services.

A common theme among healthcare providers is their desire to partner with vendors that clearly understand the healthcare services industry and have the experience and the solutions to back it up.  They also want partners who understand the importance of their reputation in the communities they serve.  GSI and ARGYLE share these business philosophies with their healthcare partners and believe the combination of the two companies is a real win for the healthcare industry.”
