Account Control Technology, Inc. (ACT) proudly announces the promotion of Troy Ortega to the position of Chief Operations Officer (COO).

As COO, Ortega is responsible for tactical and strategic oversight of ACT’s business operations to ensure performance, efficiency, compliance, and competitiveness.  He leverages considerable experience and ingenuity to provide the operational leadership for the collection teams to perform and achieve the goals of ACT’s esteemed clients.

Ortega began his career as an entry-level collector in 1995.  Fueled by his talent and tenacity, Ortega quickly rose through the ranks and discovered his passion for portfolio management and call center operations.  He held high-level management and executive positions for several leading collection firms prior to joining the ACT team.
