The employees at Dynamic Recovery Solutions (DRS) in Greenville, S.C. recently hosted a school supply drive to benefit the DSS Chapter of the Greenville County School System. This program gives donated supplies to local children in need at the beginning of their academic school year.

The drive kicked off on July 24 and ended on August 15. The drive took in 1,560 school supplies. Those donations provide the tools of learning to students who would otherwise show up empty-handed for the first day of school.

Hannah Cleveland, Human Resources Director, organized the drive. Cleveland remarks, “The drive was successful because it was powered by lots of generosity.”

There are so many kids in America who return to school without basic school supplies. Joe Cagle, President of DRS, said, “We are very happy with the results of our first school drive and are proud of how generous our team was. It’s great to know a few more kids have the tools they need to feel good and perform along with the rest of their class.”
