RMS Expands Colorado Office in Response to BPO Demand

RMS, a leader in global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and recovery services, a portfolio partner of Citi Venture Capital International, has completed another 33% expansion of their Pueblo, Colorado facility. This increase is to accommodate the addition of 250 more employees, of which 200 are expected to be in place by the fall of 2008. This employee growth, representing a 46% increase in the overall employee population, has been driven by the company’s continued growth in BPO services.

Positions being created include Managers, Trainers, Recruiters, Application Specialists, Supervisors, Technology Specialists and Team Leaders. This is the third expansion of the RMS Pueblo office since it was first opened in 2005.

To celebrate the expansion, RMS will be participating in a ceremony and luncheon on June 3rd for employees and invited guests in conjunction with the Pueblo City Council, PEDCO (Pueblo Economic Development Corp.), Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce and The Latino Chamber of Commerce of Pueblo. Along with dignitaries from these organizations, RMS will have Mike Baldwin (President), Karl Nicosia (Vice President, BPO) and Carol King (Vice President, Human Resources) from the corporate headquarters attending with the local Pueblo staff and personnel.
