PRS Assets, LLC, a collection industry leader in debt purchase and sale, announced last week that Senior Vice President, Craig Manseth, has been selected to serve as the company’s President. Manseth replaces J. P. Kelso, who recently passed away.

“We were all saddened by the tragic and sudden death of J. P.,” said Manseth. “He was one of the founders of PRS Assets and a respected leader in the collection industry. He was also a generous contributor to his community and gave both his time and financial support to a number of local charities. We’ll miss his wisdom, guidance and friendship.”

A graduate of University of Washington business school with a degree in accounting, Manseth is a CPA. He began his career in Public Accounting with Ernst & Young and entered the debt-buying industry in 2000 when he joined Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. During his 5 years at OSI, Manseth was instrumental in securing funding for portfolio acquisitions and was directly involved in the purchase and sale of receivables. Manseth joined PRS Assets, LLC in 2005 as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Acquisitions & Sales and has been directly involved in the purchase and sale of $2 billion in receivables.
