Genpact, the BPO and call center outsourcing unit of GE Money in Europe, announced last week the opening of a new call center in Wroclaw, Poland that will provide support services for collections and customer service.

Genpact Poland will provide support services for GE Money Austria, Germany and Switzerland in the areas of customer service, collections, and account origination for credit & leasing in a number of European languages – German, Swiss-German and French – to begin with.

Genpact already has European operations in Hungary and Romania.

The new facility in Wroclaw – shared by GE and Genpact – is a 2,200 square meter modern office space, spread across two floors that can accommodate up to 300 associates. Currently about 100 employees are onsite involved in production and training.
