Muncie, Ind. — Ontario Systems, a provider of revenue cycle management and collection management services and software for the health care and debt management industries, today announces several new client agreements and more than 500 new licenses sold, marking a record-breaking first quarter and a 23% increase in product sales.

New customer First Point Collection Resources, Inc., one of the largest accounts receivable management companies in the Southeast, signed a new multi-year contract for Ontario Systems’ Artiva Agency system, a powerful revenue cycle management solution to meet the needs of third-party receivables management.  The Artiva Agency system offers organizations greater flexibility and control to properly manage accounts, identify trends before they become problems, and ensure that accounts are integrated to client needs to optimize collections and increase revenue.

Ontario Systems also reports new agreements for its Flexible Automated Collection System (FACS) solution, a leading industry debt-collection software suite used by credit grantors, collection agencies, debt buyers, and legal collection firms to increase productivity and profitability.  A newly launched FACS subscription licensing model continues to prove a popular option for new clients, including Asset Recovery Systems, an Illinois-based collection agency, which recently joined the growing list of new Ontario Systems clients.

“Ontario Systems’ subscription licensing model, its reputation for superior customer service and the robust functionality of FACS were all key factors in our decision to partner with Ontario Systems,” says Tony Eshaya, chief operating officer, Asset Recovery Solutions.

These new clients join the hundreds of companies that use Ontario Systems’ FACS and Artiva solutions to work accounts smarter and for less cost, providing satisfied customers, increased profits, and unsurpassed debt collection efficiency.

“Ontario Systems’ solid first-quarter growth is the industry’s response to an innovative suite of products and services that produce exceptional results for our customers,” says Ontario Systems President and CEO Tony Reisz.  “Our laser focus on our customer and our market needs and our unrelenting passion for excellence will continue to drive Ontario Systems’ success.”
