Executive Change: Victoria Edwards to Estate Information Services as SVP

Estate Information Services (EIS) is pleased to announce the addition of Victoria Edwards to the company’s executive management team. Victoria has joined EIS as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing to enhance their customer base and expand into new markets. She will be located in our corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. 

Victoria brings 19 years of collections and call center experience to the team. Prior to joining EIS, she held several key leadership positions supporting collections and customer care projects in the financial services and automotive industries. Victoria brings the perspective of the client due to her tenure at Citi and GE. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati.

Victoria’s commitment to the collection industry expands beyond the walls of her employers.  She is the founder of the Network of Professional Women in the Collections Industry.  The focus of this network is to provide a venue where the woman executive decision makers in the industry have an opportunity to meet their industry peers in order to grow professionally.  The PWCI also allows us to give back to our communities through the philanthropically focused events held each year
