Municipal Services Bureau (MSB) is currently reminding people with outstanding warrants to pay up before it’s too late. This effort is an additional notification for those who owe various fines, since many Texas cities and counties are also alerting individuals during an annual process known as a "Warrant Roundup". For the most part, those with warrants are able to take care of their obligations during a given time period without the threat of arrest. The Warrant Roundup in many Texas jurisdictions is scheduled to take place between March 3rd and March 10th, 2007.

"MSB is assisting citizens with outstanding warrants by mailing additional reminder notices, which may prevent someone from going to jail, especially those who simply forgot about a delinquent traffic ticket, citation, court fine or fee," says Patrick J. Swanick, MSB’s Chief Executive Officer. "If you receive a letter or a phone call from MSB, please don’t ignore it. We’re working on behalf of the courts and want to clear these pending matters quickly."

Municipal Services Bureau collects delinquent court fines, fees and debts for a wide variety of governmental entities nationwide. MSB is an industry leader in revenue recovery, offering customized collections services for its clients.

"MSB is serving both the courts and the taxpayers by getting these fines and fees fully paid, insuring that justice is served and boosting the public treasury with the recovered funds," Swanick commented.
