Growth in TNB Card Service’s card processing and agent issuing business has led the company to appoint John McMenamin as a vice president, regional sales executive. TNB is the only credit union owned solution for agent issuing for credit unions nationwide.

McMenamin, who has been serving credit unions for 14 years, comes to TNB from Silvercloud Software, where he was most recently the director of sales and business development. Previously, he held positions with MBNA America Bank, where he was senior manager of acquisitions.

At TNB, McMenamin will work with prospects and clients who are considering selling their credit card portfolios to a credit union-owned issuer.

"John has exceptional experience in the card industry and working with credit unions," said Scott Wagner, executive vice president of TNB Card Services. "He is a great addition to our organization, as we help credit unions who are looking for a card issuing partner that is credit union owned."

McMenamin is a graduate of West Virginia University.

In addition to its agent issuing solution, TNB provides full-service card processing for credit unions, making it the only credit-union owned institution delivering electronic payments services as an issuer and processor.

TNB Card Services, owned and directed by credit unions since 1976, provides electronic payments processing, as well as an agent issuing solution for credit unions nationwide. Serving more than 450 financial institutions and managing more than 1.6 million cards, Dallas-based TNB enables credit unions to enhance member loyalty through credit union-branded card products.
