Baxter Credit Union (Baxter) of Vernon Hills, Illinois, a Top 100 credit union with over $1B in assets and 118,063 members, has signed on to implement an enterprise use of the Akcelerant Productivity Framework with CollectAnywhere™ as their new collections management system and ServiceAnywhere as their new member/lending service system. Baxter is the first customer to invest in ServiceAnywhere after the original beta site, Motorola Employees Credit Union.

The Akcelerant Productivity Framework is a powerful workflow, queuing and analysis engine designed to be used in any organization to automate business processes. This new offering from Akcelerant has been developed as a result of customer and marketplace demand. The Productivity Framework builds upon the unique functionality originally created for CollectAnywhere, an industry leading collection management solution, and increases that functionality allowing it to now be used across multiple departments in a credit union.

Baxter Credit Union Senior Vice President & COO Bob McKay sees this enterprise investment as having a great impact across all departments. “We expect the Productivity Framework from Akcelerant to enable Baxter Credit Union to significantly improve the quality and effectiveness of our processes across the entire organization. Baxter Credit Union has invested in CollectAnywhere and ServiceAnywhere. Through workflow management tools and integrating multiple data sources, we expect strong returns in efficiency through automating our process management and reducing risk in multiple departments.”

?This new offering positions Akcelerant as a serious contender for an industry leading status in organization-wide process automation for business unit managers. We are not looking to necessarily replace investments in enterprise data warehouse, or CRM strategies, but rather compliment them. We have an extremely flexible engine that is geared for departments to build an environment for them to live in daily, and automate their manual processes or implement new best practices. Doing so may involve integration to an existing data warehouse or CRM system, and that?s what the Productivity Framework is built to do. We already have interfaces in place with the leaders in the host data processing market, and we are releasing an API later this year to make other system integration easy through the use of XML and Web Services? comments Eric Snyder SVP Sales and Marketing at Akcelerant.

President & CEO G.A ?Jay? Mossman, III of Akcelerant believes the Baxter relationship will be a great advancement for Akcelerant and the Productivity Framework in the Symitar marketplace. ?We have been very impressed with the quality of the entire team at Baxter. It is our belief that we not only have found a strong technology partner to work with, but we feel confident that we have aligned ourselves with a superior team that will help us benchmark functionality in this new offering for the Symitar marketplace.?
