Diversified Consultants Named Agency of the Year in Choice Awards

Diversified Consultants, Inc. (DCI) of Jacksonville Florida was recognized on Thursday as this year’s top collection agency.  The event took place at Dennis and Judy Hammond’s 2008 Debt Connection Symposium in San Diego at the San Diego Marriot Resort and Marina during the Black Tie Gala that included co-host and entertainer, Jim Belushi. The tribute award ceremony was held during the Gala in which DCI was named the DCS 2008 Collection Agency of the Year.

The award was determined by which agency poses a progressive attitude, new strategies & programs introduced to the industry, results/success, innovative ideas, fairness, integrity and of course, number of nominations and votes.  In order to receive the award, DCI was first nominated by their clients, made a finalist by the selection committee using the above characteristics and accomplishments and then voted in by internet from all collection industry professionals.

DCI is known as an industry leader in the telecom business, and more specifically, the nation’s only wireless specific collection agency.  The award was accepted at the Black Tie Gala by President, Mark Zehnder and Vice President, Gordon Beck; both of whom are widely known and respected in the telecom realm of the collection industry.
