Leading Edge Recovery Solutions Celebrates Three Year Anniversary

Collection agency Leading Edge Recovery Solutions celebrated its three year anniversary with an Employee Appreciation Picnic last weekend. Employees and their families were treated to food, music, and games. A door prize raffle added to the excitement. Leading Edge gave away several X-Box 360s, digital cameras, portable DVD players, and a Home Theater system. The event was capped off by an employee versus management softball game that had to be settled in extra innings.

Three years ago, Leading Edge opened its doors with one client and two collectors. Now in its third year of business, Leading Edge has 210 frontline collectors, 23 collection managers and a host of personnel supporting sixteen national clients and seven regional clients.

Projecting to hire 60-80 additional collectors by year end, Leading Edge is planning a 2nd expansion. Its current facility is growing from 25,000 to 39,000 square feet over the next 90 days. This new space will add 100 collector stations, a 2nd training room, and additional support offices to better serve its clients and employees.
