SIMM Associates, Inc. is proud to welcome Ken Eisenberg as their new Director of Client Services.

Ken is a former Vice President of MBNA America Bank (BofA) where he was one of the original bank employees when it was founded in 1982 as Maryland National Bank. He was most recently responsible for managing Cardholder Benefits and Corporate Insurance Operations. He previously held positions in Customer Service, Product Development, Payment Processing, Advertising, Collections and Merchant Accounting. His wealth of knowledge makes him a perfect fit for SIMM’s growing Client Service area.
