Buffalo, N.Y. – Global commercial receivable management firm ABC-Amega Inc. announces the release of the latest version of its SoftCall® receivables management software.

SoftCall®, a proprietary software built by ABC-Amega, is designed to efficiently manage and thoroughly document handling of first-party collection accounts.

ABC-Amega has maintained a consistent commitment to providing best-in-class software systems to support all of their receivable management services, which also include commercial third-party debt collection and industry credit groups.

SoftCall® enables ABC-Amega’s first-party collections staff to ensure consistent, effective handling of client accounts. It does so by documenting all activity on each account and systemically managing workflow. This ensures consistent follow-up on all accounts, benefiting clients in terms of fewer write-offs and higher resolution rates. SoftCall® also tracks essential customer intelligence providing insight into the underlying causes of delinquency.

SoftCall® allows complete customization of project treatment programs. Parameters for any treatment plan can be redefined on the fly by the ABC-Amega team to bring the best results for the client.

“As the United States continues its slow economic recovery, it’s the perfect time for companies to consider outsourcing a means for managing the transition back to growth.” says Tom Riker, Divisional Vice President, Operations. “SoftCall®, along with its new enhancements, provides an opportunity for businesses to efficiently manage their increasing credit sales without taking on additional fixed costs.”

The updated version of SoftCall® has been re-written in VB.net (Visual Basic.net), providing a modern, stable and flexible platform. The benefits to clients include more sophisticated reporting capabilities and a streamlined Internet client portal. Security has also been enhanced and is established at the user level.

Although originally intended solely for in-house use by ABC-Amega’s first-party collectors, some clients have elected to utilize SoftCall® as their internal collection system, or designate one or more people in-house to access ABC-Amega’s live system. Via a secure connection, these clients can work accounts, respond to escalations or view activities in real-time.
