After years spent trying to do collections business out of a small house in Billings, MT, Collection Professionals Incorporated has finally had enough.

“It’s silly to have the smallest office in the largest market,” Eric Adams, CPI office manager, told the Billings Gazette.

After 15 years, CPI is moving into much larger ? and more traditional ? office space.

“It’s going to be quite a transition when it’s all finished,” said Adams. “I think there will be a psychological effect for all the employees. Walking into a brand-new building instead of an old house will improve attitudes.”

The new building ? which has offices to accommodate 14 collectors — will give CPI at least four times the office space.
